The agony of the bookcases was well worth it, all 49 boxes are unpacked and a window seat has been ordered for the library.

      

 

 

 

All we need after that is a circular rug and for Jim to finish the bar area ( lighting and counter and shelves) and then this house can be party city.  Being this organized is one of my dreams. The books are all categorized and the novels are alphabetized by author and the small tchtochkes which make home lived in are finally back where they belong.  Tomorrow I will reupholster some more items for the foyer and the dining room and then crash for a while. Dipping into a scorching biography of Mao next and it’s 2007. who wudda thought I'd be living here?
